Monocalcium Phosphate is produced through the controlled reaction of ácido fosfóricoecalcium carbonate (limestone)oucalcium hydroxide. The production process generally follows these steps:

1. Raw Material Preparation – High-purity phosphoric acid and calcium carbonate are selected.

2. Reaction – The reaction occurs under controlled conditions:$$\text{CaCO₃} + 2\text{H₃PO₄} → \text{Ca(H₂PO₄)₂} + \text{CO₂}$$

3. Filtration & Purification – Impurities are removed through filtration.

4. Drying & Crystallization

• ParaMCP Monohydrate, controlled drying ensures water retention.

• ParaMCP Anhydrous, high-temperature drying removes water molecules.
